3 sisters- 1 inspiration
A time for reflection.. dreaming and planning.
I have come to love this time of year. It feels great to start with new projects & a fresh outlook.
I’m especially happy to begin a collaboration with my sisters Charla & Alisia.
We are blessed to share so many of the same interests. Each year seems to bring us a little closer.
This project shows our own unique style and interpretation of a single word.
We will start each month with a color scheme and end with my processing, but we will not communicate our ideas.
Let the tripartite begin :)
Thanks to Kate @ Magnolia Rouge for featuring Todd & Cyndi’s wedding!
While you are there, check out her beautiful color Inspiration Boards. They are some of the best I have seen!
Playing catch up blogging my 2010 sessions…
I love shooting seniors and Andrea was one of my favorites. She is a beautiful sweet girl, soccer star & puppy owner.
When she told me her favorite movie was” 500 days of Summer” I knew we were off to a fun start. :)
(Summer had the best style in that movie).
Other favorites included the color turquoise, shopping vintage stores, exploring new places.
So we tried a bit of everything and had the best time!
Hi everyone. :) I’m still here.. hope to back in the swing of things soon.
I have been busy working to meet a seasonal art publishing deadline. We are enjoying a bit of snow too!
Dec. 25 was the last day of my project 52.. a year of Saturdays.
I’m still quite taken by instant film.
I like the simplicity of capturing a moment.. just as it is. I rarely let myself take a second shot to get it “right”.
I plan to add the pictures into a scrapbook journal soon. :)
A new year.. what will it bring?
I’m excited & hopeful that this year will be an opportunity for change & growth in my personal life.. and a new direction for my business.
I will only be accepting photography sessions March- July of this year.
